Healing and energy are often associated with spirituality
And there is a good reason for that! As we answer deeper questions like 'Who am I?', we come to realize that spirituality, healing and energy are all intrinsically linked. By exploring spirituality we come to be aware of the energy within us, and in the process, healing occurs.
Many people have benefited from spiritual energy healing, including myself. The most profound times in my life, when I have been deeply touched in a spiritual way, have unleashed a flow of spiritual energy healing beyond anything I could have imagined.
During my time as a midwife, I would sometimes experience this while being with women as they birthed their babies. In that raw, sacred moment, I would feel a deep spiritual connection; a surge of energy incomparable to that of any other experience.
A warm radiant light would flow through me, and I would have a sense of healing taking place within me.
Energy healing, also known as Bio energy healing, can be seen as an alternative to traditional approaches (psychology, medicine, school of thought, stress relief, anger management etc.).
