Everybody knows that in order to benefit from physical exercise one needs to do it regularly. However, many ignore the fact that to achieve the beneficial effect of meditation you also need to do it regularly. Think of it as exercise for your mind and soul. The deeper you go in meditation, the more benefits you feel.

In order to learn meditation and to advance in your spiritual development, regular meditation works. I have found that beyond daily meditation, I now do living meditation, which is meditating in the moment. By being able to experience deep meditation I am more able to return to that state in the moment. This means I can see the world from a place of peace, gratitude and love.

Some say that a state of deep meditation might not be easy to achieve even for seasoned practitioner, however a little shortcut that you can use is a guided meditation program that will help you ease into an appropriately deep meditative state.
